Good evening,
I am trying to upgrade our dotConnect for MySQL from 8.10.1086 to 8.12.1253. We are currently using Visual Studio 2017 Community version 15.9.2 with Microsoft Framework 4.7.03056. After the upgrade, when Visual Studio loads, all I get is a white window and nothing else. I have left it this way for over an hour multiple times and rebooted my PC (Windows 10, Version 1803, OS Build 17134.407) with no luck. I can start VS 2017 in safe mode just fine. Has anyone encountered this problem and have a fix?

I solved this issue by un-installing and re-installing a fresh copy of Visual Studio 2017 and then installing my components starting with Devart. All seems to be well now.

The DevExpress compatibility issue is fixed in the new (8.12.1307) build of dotConnect for MySQL.
