Hi,

we use the http-tunnel successful at different Hosting-Providers. But now we have problems with the number 2 in Germany: strato.de.

If we try to establish the connection, we get the following message at the httptunnel_server.log - file on webspace:

Failed to create remote socket at rdbms.strato.de: 3306. 145 Connection timed out

This happens after 90 sec. The access-parameters are correct, we verified it many times. To work with the Database on Windows, we use also Navicat. This software provides a http-tunneling script too. This script works fine - we have access.

Do you have any idea?

I am not a Devart guy, but I think you should ask the Strato provider for more details in the error log of there mySQL Server.

There is as bad descritpion. - You can't connect through socket out of the network.

Hope you will get infos there!

Could you please provide the following information?
1. Did HTTP tunneling work fine with strato.de and then stop working, or did the issue occur under the first attempt to use HTTP tunneling to access MySQL server on strato.de?

We'd also like to draw your attention to the fact that the web server you deploy your tunnel.php script on must be on the same computer as MySQL Server.
