Add one to your project. D:\App\Fuji\PocketPC\COCOPocket\PocketPC_V1\PocketPC_V1\Common.vb
Devart Team help cannot connect Database

1. You have created Smart Device Project, haven't you?
2. The .NET Compact Framework support is available only in the Mobile edition of dotConnect for MySQL:
http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/mysql/editions.html. You should add the referece to Devart.Data.MySql.dll from the Mobile edition (the Devart.Data.MySql namespace) into your project. You can check your current edition via the Tools > MySql > About menu of Visual Studio.

I check system version again.
