I have misplaced my installation download link for MyDirect 4.70. Who could re-send it to me?

You can download free evaluation version of MyDirect .NET from http://devart.com/mysqlnet/download.html (note that there are different versions for .NET Framework 1.x and .NET Framework 2). Installation package includes required assemblies, full help system and various sample projects in C#, MC++, VB.NET, Delphi.
