Merging MyDirect help with VS 2008

Greetings,
For some reason MyDirect help was not merged with VS 2008.
Is there a way to do it after MyDirect was already installed?

Probably the cause of the problem is Microsoft Document Explorer, and the fastest way to solve it is to download help from our site at the following address: www.devart.com/mysqlnet/mysqlnet.chm
