Hi,

Just wondering will this myDirect.NET installed on a shared server? Or it need to be run on a dedicated server?

Not sure what you mean by the shared server.
If the question is related to the web applications and you have an administrator access to the server, you can make Minimal installation on the server. If that's not of much help please describe the issue in details.
