Hello,

I tried generating a model for the Entity Framework using the official MySQL example database named sakila. You can find the database scripts here (scroll down) and the documentation here. In order to reproduce create the database as described in the official documentation and try to generate the entity model. It fails on my machine.

I'm running the latest trial version of MyDirect.NET and MySQL 5.0. The error looks similar to what one of the users reported for PostgreSQL.

We know about this problem. Currently we are working on the solution.
It's planned to withhold a stand-alone wizard in the next build of MyDirect .NET.
Instead standard Visual Studio EDM wizard will be used.
This step will solve several critical existing bugs.
