what is the difference between site and team license?

I would like to understand the difference between site and team license. Please explain.
According to our License Agreement:
Team Developer License entitles you to install and use the Software on one or more computers, provided it is used by up to 4 (four) developers within a single company at one physical address.
Site License entitles you to install and use the Software on one or more computers, provided it is used by developers in a single company at one physical address.
