2.80 Upgrade

I have 2.70 Pro.
Where do we get the 2.80 Pro upgrade from? The download page seems to only have trial versions of the product?
Are there any special steps we need to take to install 2.80 on top of a 2.70 installation?
Do we have to uninstall 2.70 first?
