SQLite Static Linking, OCI and Direct connections in one application, and much more in the new DACs!

Post by Devart » Thu 26 Dec 2013 08:01

Devart Team wishes Merry Christmas to everyone and represents the new version of DAC products.
The new version includes such features as:
  • Support for development in C++Builder XE5 for iOS. From now you can use Devart Data Access Components for iOS moblie application development in both Delphi and C++Builder.
  • SQLite Static Linking for WIn64 support is added. Now your LiteDAC- and UniDAC-based applications working with SQLite on Win64 no longer require deployment of the SQLite library along with the application. Moreover, when developing on Win64, as well as on Win32, all the SQLite database encryption capabilities are available with all the supported algorithms: TripleDES, Blowfish, AES128, AES192, AES256, Cast128, and RC4.
  • The capability to establish OCI and Direct connections to Oracle from the same application is added to ODAC and UniDAC.
And many other features are added, you can find their description on the product pages.

You can try the new versions here:
