Delivery time query

I apologize for posting here, but since there is no off topic/general discussion or support section apart from product specific forums I am forced to post here. I ordered the product almost two days ago but have not received any indication of when I will receive this product, my emails queries have not been answered either. For a digital product this " shipping" surely cannot be this long. Is there a specific reason for this or should I go with my gut feeling and just cancel the transaction? thank you.
