Using Dropbox to store my database

Hello!
I am interested in using the Data access components for MySQL to access a database stored in Dropbox. Can I do this? I know there is an "app" used to get permissions for folders, etc, but I don't know how to configure it to work with the Devart components or if your components will even work with Dropbox.
Any documentation or guidance would be appreciated.
