File not found. - where is driver file?

Hi,

I purchased dbExpress driver for MySQL, and received license notification mail from Devart sales.
But on the download page, "Version 5.1.2 (16-Dec-2011) dbExpress driver for MySQL, Windows version" is not exist. (Message "File not found." is shown.) Older versions files are the same.
