"Interfaces not released" Error

When I execute a parametrized Query, I get the Error "TOLEDBCommand.Destroy - interfaces not released (2) (D:\projects\delphi\sdac\source\oledbaccess.pas, line 2085".
Any ideas ?
PS: I called CoInitialize correctly.

Please specify what exact DbxSda version you use (2.X.XX)?

I found the problem, it was mutlithreading related. Sorry for the issue.

I, too, am experiencing the same issue as the author of this article. How long have I been having trouble? I eventually discovered the solution thanks to your assistance.
