I am using Delphi 6, WinXP Professional (SP 1), dbexpsda.dll v1.51 / v1.86 for MSDE

I get an error message "Server does not exist or access denied" when I try to access an MSDE database. If I use ADO or BDE, the access works correctly. If I use a remote SQL Server with dbExpress, the access also works fine. Only the combination local MSDE / dbExpress does not work.

Any ideas?

Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) SP3a

Please specify in what format you set parameters of connection.
Please send us SQLConnection.Params
