dbexpress error Unknown error code '340'

When I run program that connect to SQL server data it will happend this error message.(I used Windows HP Pro service pack 2)
We couldn't reproduce the problem.
Please send us (evgeniyD*crlab*com) a complete small sample to demonstrate it, including script to create and fill table.
Also supply us following information
- Exact version of Delphi, C++ Builder or Kylix
- Exact version of DbxSda.
- Exact version of MSSQL Server
