Problem with sales

Hi,

I have bought a "dbExpress driver for SQL server Standard with source code Subscription single license".
Order N: 428157505 dated 05.11.2012.

There is a delivery date: "no later then 07.11.2012".
I don't have received an email with registration information and i can't download the product.

I have written to [email protected] but I have no response!

I continue to have NO response from sales departament.
I have paid for the driver. I don't understand, what happnes?!

Our sales department answered me that they could not find letters from you to [email protected] . They sent you an email on 5th of November. Yesterday they sent you an email to the email address specified in your forum account. Please confirm receiving.
If you did not receive our email, please specify your another email where our sales department can send you the registration information.

I have checked both emails

and

[email protected]

and there is no email from sales.
