We recently (well not that recent, November 2011) bought debexpress driver for SQLServer and ODAC drivers. We have NOT received the email to be able to download these components. I have tried to contact devart but only received one email back that they were resending the information, but again we never received them. Can I get a contact email please? We are extremely frustrated!

Still no reply to my email. Do I bombard sales with emails? How do I get the products we have paid for?

Please send your order number to sales at devart dot com as we couldn't see DbxSda and DbxOda lisences registered for your email address used at the forum.

I have just done this again for the umpteenth time. I am hoping to get a reply this time. The licences were not registered with this email. All the information is in the email including the Shareit receipts.

As well as myself sending the email, I have got the person who purchased the licences (in his email) to also give it a go. Still nothing. Do sales read their emails?
