I am a registered user, and have recently sent a support questions through the website. I have not received an answer yet, and was wondering if the support part of the website is still working. I am wondering about this, as I have always received prompt replies to my queries.
I'm pretty sure that I have entered the correct EMail as I get the confirmation Email from your system. I have since tried again, and still no answer or reply. Only the automatic confirmation. I try to set the Request category as Licensing, but it defaults back to technical every time in the confirmation email.
