dbexpress upgrade questions

Most of our in-house applications are built on Delphi 7 using dbExpress 2.50.5 (I think). Most of our 200 workstations are still running Windows 2000. We are working on upgrading everyone to Windows 7, but our in-house stuff would not work. I tried installing the dbsxda.exe 4.55 trial which, based on the little testing I've done, seems to make our apps work on 7. I still have to copy our old dbExpress files to the workstation, then run the dbsxda. We're not sure what this is doing to make everything work yet.
We're trying to figure out if this is what we need to keep our stuff working in 7, and what exactly we need to purchase. We have 3 programmers who do the Delphi programming, and roughly 200 workstations that will need this to run. So would we just need to purchase the Team License to cover all of this?
Also, it looks like we will be moving from Delphi 7 to 2010 soon. Will the new dbExpress work with that?
Thanks!
