Is DevArt still in business?

Hello,

We are interested on buying the DevArt components, so I was asked to review the components and the company including their support to see if we proceed with it or not. Now I don't have concerns regarding the product so far, but I'm concerned about the support.

I've seen some previous posts where I notice that customers are not being help in more than 2 weeks that raises red flags and concerns me about how viable is this company in the long term.

Is this the normal trend?
