Connection timeout

Hi all,
Please, is it possible to setup connection timeout (it seems the default is 15 s). If yes, how can I do it?
I know I have the same question as is in some previous topic, but I dont know how to implement it (if it is possible).
I have dbxsda320, D7. SQLConnection not includes such property. Param has no effect (e.g. ConnectionTimeout=5).
