dbExpress in Delphi 2007 for win32

I have problem with components dbExpress in Delphi 2007. If I want connect to MSSQL 2000 server I get error message: Unable to load dbxmss30.dll (ErrorCode 126). It may be missing from the system path.
DLL file realy isn't on my harddisc. Where I can get this file?

As far as I know, this file is a part of the Delphi IDE, so we cannot supply information on this file. Please refer to appropriate resources (e.g. CodeGear support service) for more information.
If you are user of DbxSda, you should use the dbexpsda40.dll file with Delphi 2007.
