Unknown data type on 3.20.1 driver that is not present on 3.0.4.0 driver

I recently downloaded version 3.20.1 (which resulted in a driver with version 3.10.8.0) to fix the problems with the driver on Vista. The Vista problem is fixed, however I am now receiving the following error message when working with some tables (i assume because the table has blob and memo fields). Incase you can try it yourself, I am opening the "Quote" view from within a MS CRM database when I get this error
"Unknown data type (30) (D:\Projects\Delphi\Dbx\Source\dbexp.pas, line 1930)"
I switched back to driver version 3.0.4.0 and this one does not have the problem.
