I sent an important, but very simple site maintenance issue for them (incomplete upload to their site of their latest version for registered users, see prior post) on October 16, we are now 23rd and no answer in none of their communication channels.

I hope the company is still alive.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! for replying, we looked in our junk mail and brought up our email server backups and we couldn't find the original response as you mentioned, but the one that you guys just sent worked perfectly.
