oraDirect.Net AND Oracle Lite=

Is it possible to connect with oradirect for mobile devices to oracle lite on the pda?
And how? Which setting have to be made?
Server = localhost ?
or what should the connectionstring look like?
Server=localhost;Sid=DB_MOB;User Id=System;Password=manager; throws me an exception ORA-12541
Server=localhost;User Id=System;Password=manager; either an exception
???
I'm using Oracle Lite 10.0.2.0 and am a littlebit curious about all this because in an older thread someone wrote
Oracle Lite 9, 10 allows to store data locally on a hedheld, but OraDirect .NET doesn't work with such databases.
