Error installing OraDirect .NET Data Provider Professional

Hi,

When I try to install OraDirect .NET Data Provider Professional version 2.50.0 (06.01.05) on Windows Xp Sp2 and VS.NET 2003 I get the error and OraTools didn't install properly(I can't call them is VS2003)

Execute the next command and send us corelab.log file:
msiexec /i oranet___.msi /l*v corelab.log

They said the problem with the MS SP2 which is installed on my PC and promised to fix the problem but the did nothing and i can't use OraTools. And even more I have to pay money again to use new OraTools in OraDirect 3.0

We think it is a problem of Windows Installer which we were unable to determine. OraDirect 3.0 embeds OraDeveloper Tools which is new powerful Visual Studio addin that automates and simplifies Oracle database development process.
