Visual Studio 2019 Install Not Available

I am installing dotConnect for Oracle v.9.16.1434 on Windows Server 2016, and after opening the installer visual studio 2019 is not listed as an option for installation only 2015. I have both 2015 and 2019 installed on this machine so not sure why devart installer not giving option to install for 2019 as well. Any ideas?

Please clarify the exact version of Visual Studio 2019.
We recommend using the latest version Visual Studio 2019 16.11.19
