We have reason to believe that the problem was introduced in the version dotConnect for Oracle 9.11.951, and did not appear in the previous version 9.10.909

So you could try downgrading to 9.10.909.
But we recommend upgrading to the latest version dotConnect for Oracle 9.16.1434
