Recently we upgraded from Devart.Data.Oracle 9.14.1382 to 9.15.1410 in our application. However we noticed installations from the previous version were missing this DLL in the installation folder. This is because the newer version of the DLL has the Version Info property section blank, so properties such as File Version, and Product Version, are empty - see linked image made using dotPeek.

Windows appears to be treating this as no version, and so when our installer tries to "upgrade" the file over the older library, the library is just deleted (this is a quirk of Windows installers - the downgrade problem).
This is a problem for us, as it means users need to do clean installs in order to upgrade - why was the file version and product version properties removed from the DLL, and can you please restore them?
