For asmx files, is there a simple tutorial on the use of OraDirect.NET on a Win2003 IIS system acting as a Web Services Server.

Does OraDirect.NET work in such an environment in Direct Mode so that no other Oracle client software need to be installed for simple CRUD sql commands?

What is the licensing in such an environment ?
