Installation error with Visual Studio 2019

During the install of dotConnect for Oracle on a computer with Visual Studio 2019, there were some errors about help files. Otherwise, the installation did complete successfully.

When attempting to view the help files, an error is displayed: "Help Viewer command line includes an invalid catalog name VisualStudio15"

It turns out that the installation of Visual Studio 2019 itself did not include the "Help Viewer".

To fix this, had to run the "Visual Studio Installer", modify the installation, and add "Help Viewer".

Then reinstall dotConnect.

Now the installation had no errors and the help content was visible.
