Oracle Error (ORA-08103) happens intermittently

Exception is thrown intermittently during some read operations on our production environment. It does not reproduce on our test servers. any thoughts?

Most likely, your table was truncated by another process at the same time when your code was executing select. Please refer to ... ing-tables.
