This is an internal Oracle error. We can recommend you the following:
1. You can use the Direct mode for establishing a connection without Oracle Client. For more information, please refer to https://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracl ... tMode.html . The Direct mode has some limitations in comparison to the OCI mode. Besides the Direct mode performance is lower than OCI's.
This issue should not be reproduced in the Direct mode.
2. Use a newer Oracle Client version.
3. Contact Oracle support with this error message.
