Connect via Proxy Users in Direct Mode

Hello,

in the last post in this forum (2014) about this topic this feature is not supported in direct mode. Has this changed or are there any plans to support proxy users in direct mode?

The feature is on our roadmap, but there is no any timeframe at the moment.
