OraDirect and Windows x64

I have a problem with OraDirect on Windows x64:
When running the sample DataSet I'm getting the following exception:
"License not valid. Please view "Licensing" topic in OraDirect .NET documentation for details or contact Core Lab technical support."
I have licenses.licx file present in the project as described in the help file and in previous forums.
I also did what is described on MSDN http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;913961
But without any success.
