Object Wizard missing in VS2017

After installing dotConnect 9.1.97.0 i am missing the Integration of the Tools (especialy the Object Wizard) in my VS2017 Pro.
What have i to do to have the Tools integrated?

dotConnect for Oracle is compatible with Visual Studio 2017 since the 9.3.230 version. For more information, please refer to https://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracl ... story.html

So you cannot integrate dotConnect for Oracle 9.1.97 with Visual Studio 2017.
