Hi,
We are using Devart 8.5.558.I am able to connect to Oracle 11g using Devart.But when we tried to connect to oracle 12c.it is showing "Ora-03113 End of file on communication channel" error.I am also able to connect to 12c from SQL Developer and ODP.Net.

by looking at the link http://forums.devart.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32347 , i set the environment variable use_shared_socket.Then also same issue.Please let me know what am i doing wrong here.

We cannot reproduce the issue in our test environment at the moment.

Could you please allow us to establish connection directly to your Oracle server from our network? Please give us (via contact form):
1) valid credentials (database user and password) so that we can establish connection to your test database for getting additional information. For this, the new database user should have the CREATE SESSION privilege
2) IP, Port, Sid of your Oracle server
3) the sqlnet.ora and listener.ora files from your Oracle server
