After upgrading to windows 10 (fresh install on clean computer) I get an error which did not occur previously, and google didn't help this time.

Error 1 Exception occurred creating type 'Devart.Data.Oracle.OracleConnection, Devart.Data.Oracle, Version=7.9.333.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=09af7300eec23701' System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array. D:\Projects(Visual Studio and Unity)\IlufaPOS\IlufaPOS\Properties\licenses.licx 1 IlufaPOS

This is using visual studio 2010, same as before and re-installing the devart library.

Any help is appreciated.

We could not reproduce the issue, and dotConnect for Oracle seccessfuly works on Windows 10. Please describe how you create the licenses.licx file. Also create and send us a small test project that reproduces the issue.
