Possible, because I have installed Oracle Data Provider .Net (ODP .Net)?

What version of Visual Studio do you use? What version of OraDirect .NET do you use (Std, Pro, Mobile)?
Try to add CoreLab.Oracle.dll to GAC manually. What error message you receive, if any?
Oracle Data Provider .Net (ODP .Net) can not prevent OraDirect. NET from registering components.

Sorry, CoreLab.Oracle.dll exist in GAC.
When I try Add Reference not there is CoreLab.Oracle.dll in .Net tab.
I can add reference through Browse button only.
Toolbox:
I click Add/Remove Items.../Browse...
I select C:\Program Files\CoreLab\OraDirect.NET\OraDeveloper Tools\CoreLab.DbTools.Oracle.dll
Then I receive error message : "Insufficient state to deserialize the object. More information is needed."

All OraDirect .NET components are located in
C:\Program Files\CoreLab\OraDirect.NET\CoreLab.Oracle.dll. Try to add components manually. Please check in "ToolBox\Customize ToolBox" dialog if components are already added.
