I need the product I purchased (1 month ago)

Hi all, I have a seriuos problem.
On 18 FEB I purchases dotConnect for ORACLE but I didn't receive the email with the link to the publish id.
I requested more times ..to [email protected] and [email protected]... 1 month is passed, and NOW the trial license is expired.
What shall I do ? How can I extend the trial license ? I have paid for the product and I have applications in production fully blocked.
