License extension

Dear sir/madam,
I've been using a trial to develop an application. We are in the process of buying the final version, but as I work in a hospital, the processes leading to the purchase are taking too long. This morning the trial ended and I hope that u will be able to give me a trial extension so I can continue developing the application.
