Can not obtain Oracle client information from registry. Make sure Oracle client software is installed, or use direct mode.

I am getting this error when I try to execute oracle command

IS this about access and privileges, perhaps Devart does not have access to registry?

Is there a way around this issue?

I have oracle client 11 g installed.
My connection string looks like: Data Source=dv1;User ID=userID;Password=pwd.

I can connect to oracle client by using any other tool like Oracle Sql Developer, Visual Studio, ... etc

never mind, I figured it out. I had to enable 32 bit mode in IIS app pool.
