Cannot install DotConnect

dotConnect for Oracle Standard 7.4.146 will not install and it hangs where the installation merges the Visual Studio Packages.
I am using VS 2010
Windows 7, 64 bit
Any suggestions, workarounds?

Also the Trail version (7.2.96) installs fine.

We could not reproduce the issue. Please do the following:
1. Uninstall dotConnect for Oracle;
2. Install dotConnect for Oracle with the following parameter: dcoracle.exe /log=Install.log
2.1. Run the installation with the option 'As Administrator';
2.2. Make sure you have closed Visual Studio prior to performing the installation;
3. The Install.log file will be created in the folder where the installation file is located. Please
send us this file.
