Oracle to SQLServerCE Sync?

Can dotConnect for Oracle sync between SQLServerCE and an Oracle DB connected via dotConnect?
For establishing a connection to an Oracle database from Windows CE you can use dotConnect for Oracle Mobile Edition. You can download the trial version of dotConnect for Oracle Mobile Edition and evaluate the features of this provider. You can download it at http://www.devart.com/dotconnect/oracle/download.html
For working with SQL Server Compact Edition you can use the standard Microsoft provider.
Devart does not have a tool for synchronization between SQL Server CE and Oracle DB. You have to write it yourself.
