Purchase - No License sent

Dear Devart,

we have purchased a Team License of dotConnect for Oracle a week ago through share-it. However we have not received the license. The purchase is paid in their system.

I also sent a reminder through the share-it system, and also an e-mail to [email protected] asking for our license.

Is there any chance to get license what we have paid for?
