Visual Studio 2005 RC1

I use OraDirect 3.01 for framework 1.1 with Visual Studio 2005 beta 2 and all works fine. When I upgrade to VS2005 RC1 - i got exception during open connection to database:
TypeLoadException was unhandled
Access is denied: 'a.a.c'
