We have reproduced the mentioned behaviour. We will investigate it and notify you about the results as soon as possible.
As a workaround, we recommend you to check if your project has a valid embedded license resource with the Tools > Oracle > License Information menu of Visual Studio. Also you can run your application on the workstation where dotConnect for Oracle was not installed before.
