error received by 2 devs after successful installation of dcoracle560pro on win 7 64 bit - open vs 2010, click tools - devart.. - New SQL. i have installed it successfully on win 7 64 bit, but i can't remember if i used the same installer.

I tried searching the forum, but I can't seem to filter my criteria correctly as none of the results are very close. In fact, opening a returned page and doing a page search, I can't find any of my search criteria.

Could you please try to reproduce the problem using the latest 5.70.152 build of dotConnect for Oracle? It can be downloaded from

(the trial version) or from Registered Users' Area (provided that you have an active subscription):

If the problem persists, please try to attach to the process by another instance of Visual Studio (use the Tools -> Attach to Process item of the Visual Studio main menu) and catch the exception. Please specify its exact message and stack trace so that we are able to investigate the issue in details.
