bug in generated P/SQL

Hello,
I receive a strange error as described in details in the text file by this link:

Oracle does not recognize field in "Filter2" selection while in fact it is declared in "SELECT statement".
The query in LINQ is valid for sure. I can't further figure out what's the problem but I will gladly give you more detailed information on data model if necessary.
